Unified Planning Work Program
The Unified Planning Work Program (UPWP) serves as the work plan and budget for the TPO each fiscal year. The draft UPWP is developed in February for both state and federal review. Upon completion of the review, the UPWP is adopted by the TPO in May and goes into effect July 1.
