 Downtown Parking

(352) 368-5550

Downtown Parking oversees 291 parking spaces throughout the Downtown Ocala area. 186 are lease spaces spread over five different lots, and 63 are metered spaces, some of which are in lots and some on the streets. There are 29 parking spaces Downtown that are free with a 2 hour time limit. Downtown Parking Officers strictly enforce the reserved lease spaces, the meters, the 2 hour time limits, and all parking codes. The meters cost a Nickel for 12 minutes, a Dime for 24 minutes and a Quarter for an hour. If you are ticketed you can pay your ticket at the Ocala Recreation and Parks Administration office at 828 NE 8th Avenue, at the City of Ocala Building Department office at 310 SE 3rd Street, by mail as directed on the ticket, or online at www.remit-online.com/352001.

The demand for Downtown lease parking spaces is high and typically there are few if any available. If you are interested in leasing a space complete the Contract Parking Application below and return it with payment to the address on the application.
