Residential Service Information
To have your services turned on you must file an application, either in writing or in person at the Citizen Service Center located at 201 SE 3rd Street. Identification will be required. You may apply for service Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. in the lobby only.
Requesting a New Service or Reconnect?
When you wish to have your services turned off or transferred, please call 629-CITY (2489), or toll-free 1-800-893-4760, during business hours, email your request to OEU@ocalafl.org. For your convenience, a service disconnect form is available on line. Please click here for form. To disconnect or a transfer of service will be accepted after necessary information is obtained.
