Downtown Development Commission
Term: Three years
Functions: Plan, implement and assess the downtown parking program and redevelopment activities.
Membership: Five member board appointed by City Council.
Qualifications: Must be an owner of real property in the City or a designated officer of a corporation which owns property downtown. One (1) member shall be from each downtown special taxing district (3 districts); one (1) at-large downtown district property owner or designated officer of a corporation and one (1) at-large merchant/tenant members.
Meeting Times: Meets the 4th Thursday of every month at 9:00 am in the City Council Chambers
