Authorize special exceptions and variances as provided in the zoning code. (Any person aggrieved by a decision of this board has recourse through the courts, as provided by Florida State Statutes.)

Membership: Seven member board.  Three year terms.

Meeting Times: Meets third Monday of each month at 5:30 p.m.
